If you're an operator with a real platform problem (a botched implementation, an AI initiative that isn't shipping, a portfolio you can't see, a system you can't run) write us a thoughtful note. Tell us what's broken and what you've tried. We read every email, and we respond personally within one business day.
Press, partnerships, vendor inquiries, applications, or you're just curious about something we've written: same email, different priority lane. We respond, just less urgently.
A real person, not a chatbot. Usually with a few clarifying questions, occasionally with "this isn't a fit, here's who would be."
No deck on our end. We ask you what's broken, what you've tried, and what would change if we fixed it. By the end of the call, you'll have a sense of whether we're the right partner.
Fixed-fee, defined scope, "we shipped" criteria documented up front. If we're not a fit, we'll tell you who would be.
