Your engineers, using AI tools well. Not your prompts on someone else's keyboard.

We teach your team to use Claude Code, Cursor, and modern AI coding tools the way senior engineers use them. Paired coaching, real builds, your engineers shipping production code by the end of the engagement.

You are dealing with

A team that has heard about AI coding tools but is not using them effectively yet. Junior engineers using AI tools in risky ways: committing code they do not understand, accepting suggestions without review, shipping subtle bugs that take longer to fix than the original task would have taken. Senior engineers skeptical of AI tools because they have only seen bad output. Leadership pressure to "use AI more" without a real plan.

You also have a hiring decision in front of you. Either you find engineers who already use AI tools well (rare and expensive), or you teach the engineers you have. Most teams cannot afford to wait for the talent market to catch up.

What we do

We embed a senior engineer with your team for eight weeks.

The first week is paired coding on real work. We do not bring our projects. We work on your projects, with your engineers, using the AI tools they will use after we leave.

By week two, your engineers are leading the work and we are reviewing. By week four, the reviews are catching real issues without retraining the basics. By week eight, the team is operating at a senior-level AI-augmented pace, and we are doing periodic deep reviews instead of daily pairing.

The point is not that we write your code. The point is that your engineers learn the patterns that distinguish "AI tools as accelerator" from "AI tools as liability."

What this includes

Tooling setup and configuration for Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or whatever your stack uses. Repo conventions and review patterns for AI-assisted work, including PR templates that catch the most common AI failure modes. Failure mode coaching: how to catch hallucinations, scope creep, premature optimization, and over-engineering. Documentation patterns that AI tools can read and write well. Hiring and skills frameworks for evaluating engineers in an AI-augmented context.

What this is not
  • Outsourced engineering. We are not your contractors writing code while you watch.
  • Strategy consulting. We are not deciding what your team should build. That is your call, or it is a Value Stream Mapping engagement (different service).
  • One-off training workshops. We do not believe in workshops without follow-through. The eight-week embedded engagement is the minimum unit of useful work here.
Engagement model

Eight-week initial engagement. Fixed fee. One senior engineer from AntlerWing embedded with your team. Weekly check-ins with engineering leadership.

Optional ongoing review retainer after the eight weeks. We become the trusted reviewer for AI-assisted work as your team builds confidence. Tiered based on review volume.

Outcomes

Engineers shipping real work using AI tools with confidence. A team-wide understanding of where AI tools earn their keep and where they do not. Production-grade code coming out of AI-assisted workflows. A reasonable answer for the next time leadership asks "are we using AI?"
